Ingredients
- Galette Dough
- 1 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 50 ml Water
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
- Salt
- Galette Filling
- 1 Pear
- 1 Apple
- Walnuts
- 1 tbsp Goji Berry Powder
- Ricotta
- 3-4 tbsp Coconut Sugar

Instructions
- Prepare all the required ingredients.
- Make a dough by mixing all the ingredients together until the dough is nicely elastic. If necessary, add more water/olive oil.
- Place the dough in a fridge for about 30 min.
- Meanwhile, slice pear and apple. Chop walnuts.
- Roll the dough into a round shape until it's about 1/4 inch thick or even less.
- Spread ricotta on the top of the dough - make sure to leave galette edges approximately 1½ -2 inches wide. Sprinkle ricotta with coconut sugar and goji berry powder.
- Top the galette with apple and pear slices and sprinkle with walnuts and some cinnamon. Bend the dough edges to form the galette.
- Bake the galette at 350F for about 30 min. Bon Nuppetie!
