Ingredients
- 4 Salmon Fillet (skin removed)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Raw Pistachio Kernels
- 1 bunch Green Onion
- Parmesan (or other hard cheese)

Instructions
- Prepare all the required ingredients.
- In a bowl combine honey, mustard and soy sauce. Mix well. Place salmon in the bowl and evenly cover with marinade. Leave in a cool place for 30 min.
- Meanwhile, toast pistachios on a dry pan. Let them cool down, the crush in a food processor.
- Cut the green onion. Shred some cheese.
- Mix pistachios, green onion, cheese and some pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking tray covered with a foil. Top each fillet with pistachio mixture. Cook in the oven at 375F for about 30 min.
- Serve immediately. Accompany with a salad or vegetables. Bon Nuppetie!
