- 1 bag Pasta (we used red bell pasta due to bright color)
- 2 cups Homemade Classic Italian Pesto (click link for recipe)
- 1-1.5 cups Hemp Seeds

Instructions
- Prepare all the required ingredients.
- Cook pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Remove the water and leave the pasta in a pot.
- Meanwhile, add hemp seeds to a fresh homemade pesto (leave some hemp seeds for sprinkling at the end). You can either just mix the seeds in or you can use the food processor to blend everything together.
- Add the hemp seed pesto to the pot with pasta and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 min. on low heat.
- Place pasta on a plate and sprinkle with the remaining hemp seeds. Best served with white fish or chicken filets. Bon Nuppetie!
