In a bowl, mix together peanut butter (at room temperature), hemp seeds, baking powder, eggs, vanilla extract and sugar. If the peanut butter is sweet, reduce the amount of sugar.
The dough should be sticky and should hold a shape.
Add chocolate chips and mix in evenly.
Form 20 balls and flatten them with the palms of your hands. Place all cookies on parchment paper or silicone mat. Sprinkle with some additional hemp seeds and top with a piece of any nut for decoration.
Bake at 350F for about 12 min. The cookies should get slightly golden.
Remove cookies from the oven and let them completely cool down before moving to a plate.
