This marinade makes salmon very tender and takes away any unpleasant fishy smell. Pecans add some crunchiness and sweet notes to this amazing and easy dish.

  1. Prepare all the required ingredients.salmon with pecans ingredients
  2. Make a marinade: mix honey, soy sauce and mustard until smooth and completely blended.
  3. Add half of pecan pieces to the marinade.marinade with salmon with pecans
  4. Cut the salmon into cubes or thin slices (not more than an inch thick).
  5. Place salmon in the bowl with marinade and cover evenly. Put in a fridge for at least an hour.place salmon in a pecan marinade
  6. Transfer salmon into a baking tray - you do not need to transfer marinade. Top with some pecans. Bake at 400F for about 30 min.
