- 2 lb Salmon Fillet (skin removed)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Pecan Pieces Raw

Instructions
- Prepare all the required ingredients.
- Make a marinade: mix honey, soy sauce and mustard until smooth and completely blended.
- Add half of pecan pieces to the marinade.
- Cut the salmon into cubes or thin slices (not more than an inch thick).
- Place salmon in the bowl with marinade and cover evenly. Put in a fridge for at least an hour.
- Transfer salmon into a baking tray - you do not need to transfer marinade. Top with some pecans. Bake at 400F for about 30 min.
- Serve the salmon right away. Top with the rest of the pecan pieces. Baked vegetables would be a great side!
