Ingredients
- 2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Honey
- 2 cups Raw Redskin Peanuts
- 4 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- Vanilla Extract

Instructions
- Prepare all the required ingredients.
- Mix water, sugar, coconut oil and honey in a pot and bring to boil on a medium heat.
- Keep stirring the mixture until honey and sugar are fully dissolved.
- Bring the mixture to 280F then add vanilla extract, salt and redskin peanuts.
- Keep stirring until mixture reaches 300F.
- Remove from heat and quickly mix in baking powder.
- Cover a baking tray with greased baking paper. Pour the mixture onto the tray and let it cool down.
- Break the brittle into smaller pieces and enjoy! Bon Nuppetie!
