Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Oatmeal
- 1 tsp Goji Berries
- 1 tsp Golden Berries
- 1 tsp Flax Seeds (preferably ground in food processor)
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Maca Root
- 1 tbsp Almonds
- 1 tbsp Raw Cashews
- 3/4 cup Plain Kefir (or plain yogurt)

Instructions
- Prepare all the required ingredients.
- Place oatmeal in a breakfast bowl. Add chia seeds, maca powder, flax seeds and cocoa powder. Pour over kefir and mix well everything together. Add goji berries and golden berries. Let it soak for about 15 min (no need to leave overnight, but this oatmeal can be prepared evening before).
- Top your oatmeal with almonds and cashews. Bon Nuppetit!
