These Chocolate Chip Cookies are a healthy variation of a traditional recipe. Coconut oil, oat and almond flour, dark chocolate and almonds not only mimic the flavor you know and love, but make these cookies even better than the traditional ones!

  2. Crush the dry oats into oat flour in a food processor.
  3. In a bowl, mix together sugar, egg, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine oat flour and almond flour, baking powder, salt (just a pinch) and cinnamon (to your liking).

  6. Place the dough in a fridge for 20-30 min.
  7. Use a baking tray covered with baking mat or baking paper. Scoop the dough, roll it into a ball and slightly press to form a cookie.healthy choc almond cookies
  8. Make sure to leave a lot of space between cookies! They will be 2-3 times bigger in diameter.
