Ingredients
- 10 oz Dates Deglet Noor (Pitted)
- 1 cup Raw Blanched Almonds
- 1 1/2 cup Hazelnuts
- 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 4 tbsp Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- Vanilla Extract
- Cayenne Pepper (Ground, Optional)

Instructions
- Prepare all the required ingredients.
- Place dates in a food processor, add coconut oil and grind. Remove from the processor and transfer to a large bowl.
- Add filberts (hazelnuts) and almonds to the processor and chop finely. The nuts should be in very small pieces, not floured. Set aside 1/2 cup of the chopped nuts, and transfer the rest to the bowl.
- Add chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla extract, cocoa, and a dash of salt to the bowl. For some extra flavor and spiciness add a little bit of cayenne pepper. Mix all the ingredients together.
- Form a ball of "faux chocolat" mix. Cover it with the nuts and place on a plate/tray. Do it with the rest of the mix.
- Place the plate/tray with "Faux Chocolat" Truffles in a fridge for about 30 min.
