  1. Prepare all the required ingredients.Pasta with Walnut Sauce Ingredients
  2. Put water to boil in a large pot. When boiling, add pasta and cook al dente (check the cooking time on a packaging).
  3. Chop onion and garlic in a food processor. Set aside. Chop walnuts in a food processor.
  4. Melt the butter in a pan on a medium heat. Add onion and garlic and saute for a couple of minutes. When they are golden and soft, add walnuts and saute all together for another 5 min.Pasta with Walnut Sauce
  5. Add cream, salt and pepper and let the sauce to simmer at a medium heat for about 5 min. When ready add parsley.
