These are 2-bite tartelettes filled with aromatic marzipan and soft chewy bing cherries. Perfect addition to your morning coffee, afternoon tea or evening glass of wine!

  1. Prepare all the required ingredients.Marzipan Tartelettes Ingredients
  2. Chop cooled butter into chunks.
  3. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, salt, egg and butter. Start making dough (you can use a dough mixer).Marzipan Tartelettes Dough
  4. When the dough is ready, use cupcake or small tarts baking pan to make tartelettes. Put the pan in a fridge for about an hour.Marzipan Tartelettes Baking pan
  5. Cut baking paper in small pieces to fit tartelettes. Place each on a top of tartelette and top it with bean or peas. Bake in the oven at 375F for about 6-7 min.
  6. Remove the paper and beans. Bake for another 2-3 min.
  7. When the tartelettes are ready, fill them with marzipan and top with as many bing cherries as you wish. Bake in the oven at 350F for another 10-15min.
