Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 stick Butter (115g)
- 1 Egg
- 1.5 tbsp Brown Sugar
- Salt (a pinch)
- Marzipan (homemade recipe)
- Bing Cherries

Instructions
- Prepare all the required ingredients.
- Chop cooled butter into chunks.
- In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, salt, egg and butter. Start making dough (you can use a dough mixer).
- When the dough is ready, use cupcake or small tarts baking pan to make tartelettes. Put the pan in a fridge for about an hour.
- Cut baking paper in small pieces to fit tartelettes. Place each on a top of tartelette and top it with bean or peas. Bake in the oven at 375F for about 6-7 min.
- Remove the paper and beans. Bake for another 2-3 min.
- When the tartelettes are ready, fill them with marzipan and top with as many bing cherries as you wish. Bake in the oven at 350F for another 10-15min.
