- 1 Pumpkin (the sweetest one)
- 2 Pie Crust (9")
- 1 bag Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 Feta cheese (chunk)
- 2 Egg
- Pumpkin Seeds Raw
- Italian Herbs Seasoning

Instructions
- Prepare all the required ingredients.
- Peel the pumpkin and cut into chunks. Bake at 400F for about 20-30 min. or until soft.
- At the same time bake the pie crusts for about 10 min. or until golden.
- Meanwhile, slice Feta cheese and beat each egg with a tablespoon of herbs.
- When the pumpkin is ready, remove from the oven, let it cool down a little bit and then chop.
- Start building the pie: first, cover the bottom of each crust with Feta cheese - you can use as much as you want. Top the Feta with pumpkin. The next layer is Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle each pie with beaten egg and herbs and pumpkin seeds.
- Bake for another 20 min. at 350F. Serve warm. Bon Nuppetie!
