Cashew Butter is naturally very smooth and "fluffy" - it is deliciously delightful spread over warm toast...Hazelnut Butter is, on the other hand, rich and full - it gives a hint of a Nutella flavor but so much healthier!

Instructions
Creamy Cashew Butter
- Prepare all the required ingredients.
- Preheat oven to 375F. Place all cashews on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Roast for about 7-10 min until nice golden color. Let the nuts cool down.
- Place all cashews in a food processor and start processing. If your processor has different speeds it is better to use the lower ones.
- Once the cashews are crushed into small pieces, they will be slowly turning into flour. Keep processing until the nuts start extracting natural oil and the mass starts to become wet.
- Add half teaspoon of vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, 1-2 teaspoons of honey and 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil.
- Keep processing the cashews. The mass should become creamier and smoother. Keep going until desired consistency is reached. Add more coconut oil for a creamier texture.
- Taste the butter and add more honey, if needed.
Healthy Hazelnut Butter
- Preheat oven to 375F. Place all hazelnuts on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Roast for about 7-10 min until nice golden color. Let the nuts cool down.
- Peel the nuts by rubbing them between your hands. You can skip this step, but the skin will add a slightly bitter taste to the butter.
- Repeat all the steps from cashew butter recipe. You can skip adding vanilla extract or play with other spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, etc.
- Store the butter in a fridge. Use at room temperature. Bon Nuppetie!
