  2. Cut the apple in chunks. Peel kiwi and cut in quarters. Place in a freezer (best for at least 30 min).
  3. Place spinach, kale, coconut water, spirulina, chlorella and ice in blender. Pulse several times and then run blender for approximately 15-20 sec until all greens are fully blended.blend greens, spirulina and chlorella together
